Product Policies
- Warranty is void if the product is wet, physically damaged, or tampered with.
- Only the manufacturer's conditional warranty applies. Grace Cart facilitates but does not directly provide warranties.
- The manufacturer is solely responsible for warranty fulfillment. Users must visit authorized service centers within the warranty period.
Purchases, Payments & Installments
- All orders must be paid in full unless an installment plan is agreed upon with Grace Cart.
- Installment payments must follow the agreed schedule. Late or missed payments may result in order suspension or service restrictions.
- All payments are securely processed via our trusted payment gateway partner (e.g., Razorpay).
- For your security and privacy, we do not store users’ card, bank, or UPI details on our servers.
- Grace Cart reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud, unauthorized activity, or non-compliance with payment policies is detected.
Store Management
Grace Cart provides tools to manage your B2B store, including product listings, inventory, and order tracking. Users are responsible for accurate product information, timely order fulfillment, and safe handling of customer data.
User Responsibilities & Conduct
- Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.
- All activities performed via the account are the responsibility of the account owner.
- Prohibited activities include illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful actions, unauthorized access, and misuse of the platform.
- Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
